Wintec Industries Receives ISO 9001 Registration Renewal
 
MILPITAS, CA, June 29, 2008 – Wintec Industries, a leading manufacturer of DRAM memory modules and Flash storage solutions, has received 2009-2010 registration to ISO 9001. The certification is a part of the annual renewal that updates and maintains the 2005 original certification. The ISO certification was awarded in recognition of Wintec’s quality system and compliance with Computers and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software and Semiconductors and Related Devices scopes.

Conformance to ISO 9001 quality assurance standards is a testimony to the effectiveness of Wintec’s quality system. “It is the responsibility and policy of Wintec to provide high quality memory modules, computer systems and peripheral products that meet customer requirements,” states Sue Jeng, CEO of Wintec Industries, “ISO registration supports our pursuit of customer satisfaction, consistency in the manufacturing process and continual improvement in all business practices.”

ISO 9000 is a series of internationally-recognized standards, developed by the International Organization of Standardization, which define requirements for the implementation of quality systems in operational procedures.
