Job Responsibilities:

Initiates process changes, creates and updates Manufacturing Process Instruction. |

Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and machine capacity. |
| • |
Analyzes quality data and RMA report to generate quality improvement plan. |
| • |
Work closely with production technicians, operators, and managers to resolve manufacturing issues. |
Job Requirements:
| • |
BS or MS degree with major in either EE/IE/or ME. |
| • |
One or more years of working experience in the manufacturing environment. |
| • |
Familiar with production tooling and fixture design. |
| • |
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, electronic assembly procedure, SPC and cost reduction opportunities. |
| • |
Must have excellent communication skills, detail-oriented and well-organized. |
| • |
Advanced knowledge with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint). |
| • |
Possess sense of responsibility, team spirit, and dedication to work. |
