DDR2 667MHz Registered Mini-DIMM Available

Wintec engineers have fully tested the latest line of 244-pin mini-DIMM modules that increasing the effective operating speed up to 667MHz. These modules are initially available in 256MB and 512MB size, with 1GB versions becoming available soon.
