Customer RMA
1. Please review Wintec’s Warranty and RMA policy before submitting an RMA request. Requests may be denied if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
2. Complete and submit the RMA Request form to obtain your RMA number. Wintec business partners please complete General Information and Section B. All others complete General Information and Section A.
3. Once the RMA request has been approved a RMA Issuing Form will be issued to you via email.
4. All product returns must have the RMA Issuing Form included with the return products. (The RMA Issuing Form MUST be obtained before returning any products to Wintec. Any RMA products received without an identifying RMA Issuing Form will be denied.)
